We are proud to be part of the local Wattle Grove and surrouding suburbs community. We offer weekly Group Fitness Sessions for women that are looking to rebuild their bodies and inrcrease their wellness all the while building social connections.
Our Group Fitness classes are challenging but achieavable and cater from beginners through to the more experienced. We offer Strength, Cardio, Weights, Circuits, Boxing, Yoga, Running and relaxation. These are all varied throughout the month to keep your body and mind stimulated.
Along with Group Fitness Classes we offer Fitness + Nutrition Challenges throughout the year. Like our Facebook page to keep up to date with what we are offering.
